PLANNING DECISION
This project is an example of how contemporary architectural thinking and premium-class design transform a space into a full-fledged life scenario, where 170 square meters become a balanced place for comfortable, cozy, and stylish living. The interior is created for those who value peace, attention to detail, and refined simplicity.
The total area of the apartment allowed for a spacious yet clearly zoned layout. The master zone consists of a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a wardrobe, designed as a private space for complete relaxation. The other two rooms can be used as a child’s room, office, or guest room and are arranged in such a way as to ensure privacy for each resident. The center of life is the kitchen-living room – an open space with panoramic windows, a large dining table, a kitchen island, and a relaxation area with soft furniture.
DETAILS
Every element of the apartment – from hidden storage systems to lighting scenarios – works with the logic of the space. Both natural and artificial lighting thoughtfully zone the spaces, create depth, and allow for mood changes depending on the time of day.

The space is visually light due to balanced lines, natural light, and a light color palette, while at the same time maintaining a sense of warmth and stability – achieved through the use of natural, tactically pleasant materials and careful attention to the detail of every element. Every texture, surface, and shade works to create a harmonious atmosphere, where there are no random decisions, and each detail has its place and meaning.

A key highlight in this area is the integrated wall fireplace, which creates a warm, atmospheric depth to the space, blending architectural aesthetics with functionality.
TECHNOLOGIES
The interior is designed in a modern minimalist style with elements of soft luxury. The design stays within warm natural tones – beige, cream, gray, graphite, and deep brown – which harmoniously intertwine with textures of natural wood, stone, glass, metal, and soft textiles, enhanced by bright accents.
