This modern country house for two has a unique location on the coast of Black Sea and close to the Luzaniv forest, the plantations of which are considered especially valuable due to the beneficial properties of shrubs and trees that grow within its territory. The combination of the forest ecosystem and the marine climate creates an ideal environment for a comfortable and fulfilling life. The main task for us was to find the perfect balance between nature and architecture, minimizing the impact on environment.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The plot for the house is characterized by an irregular triangular shape, with the hypotenuse stretching along the road leading to the site and the apex extending into the forest. The design approach aimed to seamlessly integrate the house into the forest landscape while also maximizing the perception of the surrounding environment. That's how unusual triangular shape allowed the house to harmoniously fit within the contours of the land.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The main facade creates the impression of a house made for and inspired by pine trees, whose refined grace is enhanced by innovative forms and materials, resulting in a new visual experience with each viewing. Inside, there is a minimalist combination of concrete, glass, and stone, which is complemented by the surrounding nature, playing a dominant role in the organization of the home's interiors.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The fence and the security's house are designed in accordance with the overall philosophy of connecting with nature and blending in harmoniously. The lawn in front of the house is deliberately kept neat and uniform, creating its own defined space and providing a buffer from unwanted observation and noise. Every element is carefully arranged to offer solitude and an opportunity to engage intimately with nature.
