This modern country house for two has a unique location on the coast of Black Sea and close to the Luzaniv forest, the plantations of which are considered especially valuable due to the beneficial properties of shrubs and trees growing on its territory. The forest ecosystem which is combined with the marine climate is perfect for life. In front of the bureau was the task of finding the perfect balance between nature and architecture, minimizing the impact on environment.
ABOUT PROJECT
We got a plot of irregular triangular shape, the hypotenuse of which was stretched along the road leading to the site, and the peak of it is crashed into the forest. We tried to fit the house in the landscape of the forest as much as possible, to move it away from the road and leave the maximum area for its perception. That's how unusual triangular inscribed to its site shape of the house was born.
ABOUT PROJECT
The main facade creates the impression of a house made of and for pine trees, the refined grace of which receives a new visual sound every time because of the innovative forms and materials. There is laconic form of concrete, glass and stone inside, which is softened by the surrounding nature, which dominates in the organization of home interiors.

The fence and the house for the guard are also subordinated to general philosophy of closeness to nature and merging with it. The lawn in front of the house is intentionally uniform and clean, defines a space by itself and serves as a buffer from prying eyes and ears. There is everything to stay alone and face to face with nature.
