This is a beach villa near the French Béaritz. The Atlantic Ocean provides high humidity here all year round, so the greenery in the gardens grows at an unprecedented pace. Since the house is used mainly in the summer, we wanted to give it maximum lightness. The palette chosen was shades of white, natural wood and the textures and textures of natural stone in several of its dimensions.
ABOUT PROJECT
The project is full of textures of natural finishes. The first floor is completely dedicated to an open area, containing a living room, dining room and kitchen for the owners. The chef's professional kitchen is carefully hidden from the eyes of guests. The logistics of moving around the house has been reduced to an art form.
The glazing of the terrace, which almost completely slides and hides behind one of the curtains, completely blurs the boundary between the street and the interior.

A key element of the villa interior of our project on a seashore is a unique natural stone fireplace designed by our team. It is a compositional center, a certain division between the kitchen and dining area and a spacious and comfortable living room.

This is an example of another mood that can be created in the kitchen. Sometimes I’m being asked: is it possible to keep it this way? This is the kitchen - you cook there. Of course, the kitchen is for using it - I'm not a huge fan of ostentatious salon kitchens. Even if there are 2 kitchens in your house or a chef cooks for you, the kitchen in an open space must be carefully worked through from the ergonomics point of view and have all the necessary equipment. In a space where everything has its own place, it is very easy to keep the order.
