A private house for a family. Located in a forest village within the city limits. The house is quite big for its lot. The site is shallow in depth and elongated along the red line. In an attempt to preserve the forest and leave as much space in front of the house as possible, its special shape was born. The house fills the upper right corner of the plot. Full-size floor-to-ceiling windows from the main rooms are deployed along the diagonal of the site, giving the maximum possible viewing perspective.
PLANNING DECISION
Upon entering the site, the house opens up completely with its main facade made of glass and travertine. The entrance is marked by a colonnade. And at the farthest point, a cozy terrace for sunbathing is hidden from visitors. This is the best viewing point of the site. You can get here either from the private exit from the master bathroom or by walking along the enfilade stretched along the entire front facade. The site is devoid of artificial plantings; we strive to preserve the spirit of the forest as much as possible. The enfilade is both a walking path and a way to reduce the solar load on stained glass windows.

"A terrace is always either a way to be alone and be in silence, in close proximity to nature. Or a gathering point. Its orientation to the sun, location and connection with internal spaces are of great importance, depend on the purpose and must be taken into account during development."
DETAILS
Only for a private circle, there is an opportunity to get from the back of the house, either through the house or through a secret path, to a special place - a private terrace for communication. It's like a room without one of the walls, drowning in the greenery of the garden - a place where you can collect plants, cook a barbecue, gossip with a friend and be sure that no one will expose you. It will be cozy at any time of the year and in any weather.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
To the right of the main entrance is the entrance gate to the plot and the only paving. This is the backyard for the staff, guest parking, and the road to the garage and farm part.
The security house covers the entrance to the park zone of the forest and the main lawn of the house, organizing in tandem with the house a portal to the world of nature and privacy.
Due to the peculiarities of the site and the complete absence of the outbuildings, a large parking lot for guests and staff is organized inside. The guardhouse serves as a buffer that cuts off the private owner's area. Guests who have entered the parking lot can find their way to the entrance by large marble "gills" that indicate the direction. After passing between two buildings, you find yourself in the forest.
