Given the relatively modest sizes of the house, we can see that it has all the attributes of comfort suburban life for a modern person. In this case, the task was to place all of the zones which are necessary for a young family as compact as it is possible, to preserve the joys of the metropolis with providing a close connection with nature.
ABOUT PROJECT
The structure of the house consists of three blocks. Central one - high and massive, is a portal that holds the whole house on itself. Thanks to him, the side spaces and glass parts are connected together. The portal communicates with outer space, the main traffic runs through it. The house looks like a bird from the outside. It gives freedom, flight feeling and infinite connection with by nature to its owners.
DETAILS
The house is located in a prestigious area, but it’s much smaller than neighbors' houses. We put in front of us a mandatory task to create a wow-effect so that it is not lost among others buildings.
