Interior of a house for a young family. Located in the prestigious cottage village of neighbourhood with houses of 500 and more squared meters. Children do not need such a scope, the task was to optimize the space and at the same time to arrange everything so that the house will not get lost in the background of it’s great neighbours.
The central element of its architecture is the portal connecting the general zone with private, exterior with interior, sky and earth. It served as a starting point for a project.
PLANNING DECISION
The central two-light portal divides and unites residential and common areas at the same time. It was decided to place the kitchen between living room and dining area - despite its considerable size and functionality, here it looks more like a bar, where you will be asked to wait while the table is being prepared. Everything in this house happens easily and in passing, space and functions flow into another one, the thoroughness of some subjects is covered by frivolity their pair.

"A bedroom like an aquarium?" - you say. Is it comfortable? All depends on the view, self perception and, of course, the side of the world. And if you don't like cats, you just don't know how to cook them.

ABOUT PROJECT
Technically, the photo shows a corridor that contains the entrance node, a wardrobe for outerwear at the entrance, and passages to the living room and private sleeping, children's and bathroom areas.
In fact - we turned the corridor into a two-world portal which added to the house a completely different scale. Once you got here, the space interacts with you, it resets you, inspires you. Here is a place of silence - nothing distracts you from yourself. This is a place of fleeting communication with nature, here it gives you
air, light, color, space. When? Any time you go to the one of the rooms or to the kitchen for a cup of tea. Is it important? In my opinion yes - such a flight gives a
completely different quality of everyday life.
