This expansive historic building has been carefully transformed into a refined contemporary living space. Original stone walls and exposed wooden beams celebrate the building’s heritage, while soft, sculptural furnishings and clean architectural lines introduce a modern sensibility.
Despite the grand scale, the interior feels balanced and intimate thanks to well-defined zones — a cozy lounge area, a minimalist kitchen, and an elevated library space seamlessly connect within the open layout. The result is a harmonious blend of timeless character and thoughtful design.

The combination of modern design and a three-hundred-year-old building is always interesting and unusual. The energy of these French sheds is simply incredible. Ivory stone, antique oak ceiling beams, modern panoramic glazing and the work of our team have breathed a «new life» into this abandoned space.

Impressive entrance to the huge space of the kitchen, dining area and living room. Our solution for a historic French building combined the past and the present: the rounded wall of the entrance group fit perfectly into the high ceilings, emphasizing the grandeur and harmony of the kitchen and living room space, contrasting with the original roof structure.
