The Varenik

Fast food restaurant "The Varenik" breaks all the laws of its genre, starting from the way of cooking to the design and atmosphere. We all know that harmful fast food restaurants are actively closing, but new establishments are coming to replace their generation - fast casual, in which attention is paid even to the most seemingly insignificant little things.

Despite the reference to cultural Ukrainian traditions, such as a viburnum pattern or an embroidered ornament on white walls, in here everything breathes with experiment and modern decorative solutions. Unique art objects, created especially for this project, are a semantically dominant. For example, huge objects of kitchen utensils, arranged in a row, or hanging in the air bird's nests, rolled by hand.

ABOUT PROJECT

By the way, today's popular hand-made trend is consonant with the very technology of cooking: dumplings are cooked in the open kitchen.

An original lighting could be one of the main unifying techniques. A large-scale structure created from discs that imitate saws of natural wood, soaring in space, giving birth to unusual kitchen associations on the border of past and future.

Every year, the change of generations is felt more acutely, young centennials are no longer children, most of them have already reached their own coming of age, and in according to this, their needs begin to be noticeable to change and influence many things around.

For example, distinctive features and peculiarities of their characters (such as increased visual perception and economical attitude to their time) caused significant changes in the gastronomic culture of consumption. In other words, everything we are associate with the brand, should have a stylish, fashionable look, i.e modern, and most importantly, unique design. Even one is not coolly executed detail can turn away from the product, this is such a bias of the new generation. In any case, all the changes that are being made - are only for the better food industry and, accordingly, will benefit us as well. After all, now we are managing to enjoy the quality of design even in our everyday rush. Perhaps the next step in the evolution of the food court which is waiting for us is absolutely new technologies that we do not know yet and cannot imagine. Future is now.
