The house is situated on the picturesque shores of the Pecheneg Reservoir, nestled in a hilly area named after the ancient nomadic Pecheneg tribes that inhabited the land during the 9th-10th centuries. The architects aimed to seamlessly integrate the house into the surrounding natural landscape. It serves as a cottage for a young family, providing a space for relaxation, harmony with nature, children's play, and lively barbecues with numerous friends.
