The house is located on the shore of the Pecheneg reservoir, on a hilly area that got its name from the nomadic Pecheneg tribes which lived on these lands in the 9th-10th centuries. The architects wanted the future house to become a part of the natural landscape. It is a cottage for a young family. Here is a place of relaxation, unity with nature, children's games and noisy barbecues with many friends.
PLANNING DECISION
Under the general roof, carried outside the building, are located: living area, terrace, utility rooms. Rhythmic wall dividing into the high, but with relatively narrow windows holes, it carefully outlines the view of the pine forest. Cruciform stylobate allowed to open up the space and united the house with the entrance hall group and pool, at the intersection - a cozy covered terrace, from which it is always comfortable to enjoy the spirit of the place.
ABOUT PROJECT
The variety of interior spaces contrasts with simplicity of an external volume. Sloping roof slopes in combination with light windows give the house a sculptural appearance.
