You can see a penthouse on the Yalta embankment designed by us. It is considered as a unique country house for a family - a place where children spend summer holidays under the supervision of their grandmothers, and on weekends, the hosts also come here. It was necessary to place 3 bedrooms on a small area and to leave plenty of space for common gatherings.

In this living room, a complete feeling of "I am at sea" is created. Color, light, textures, shutters keep you in touch with the wonderful weather, with the warm summer breeze, with the dazzling smoothness of the water.
PLANNING DECISION
On the first floor, there is a common area with an access to a spacious balcony, where you can have a breakfast or retire when the whole family has moved to the
terrace. The living room is pretty compact, but there is provided many locations for all guests of this house. There is also a master suite with a spacious bedroom
and bathroom.
On the second floor there are: a children's room, a guest room and a spacious terrace which surrounds the house by three sides. This form of the terrace made it
possible to zone the function depending on the position of the sun and the likely time of its use during the day.

Microscopic guest room of 11 meters accommodates full double bed and lounge area for privacy and comfort of its residents. An ironic wardrobe with the form of many suitcases will accommodate the guests' wardrobe and emphasize their sense of travel and adventures.
