LOCATION ODESA
YEAR 2016
AREA 550
The owner of this house is a passionate cinema enthusiast who values extraordinary visuals and places great importance on the beauty of the space. It can be said that the house is designed to provide a panoramic view of the surrounding world through its large "periscope" glass windows, encouraging continuous exploration. There may be an idea that a house by the sea should be bright or colorful... Maybe it is true if it's your summer house and you are not a native Odessan who works in the seaport.

PLANNING DECISION

The minimalist interior design, characterized by the use of concrete, glass, and stone, is softened by the abundant presence of wood, which plays a dominant role in organizing the living spaces. The surrounding nature serves as the main decoration, with two transparent walls in the living room seamlessly connecting the interior with the outdoor space. It can be said that this integration with nature establishes new parameters and boundaries, with one side being defined by a living forest wall adjacent to the plot, and the other side bordered by pine trees.
