The interior of this city house for two is designed to provide a sense of airiness and comfort. With grown-up children living far away, the focus is on creating spaces that cater to the couple's needs. The spacious two-light dining room is designed to accommodate gatherings with friends. Practical kitchen will allow you to prepare a masterpiece, and the personal space will encourage you for new achievements.
PLANNING DECISION
In this case, the focus was on working within the existing framework of the interior. The main entrance was relocated to ensure proper organization of the space, and the facade was modified and arranged accordingly. The house is two stories, with the entire first floor serving as a common area encompassing the dining room, living room, kitchen, and household spaces. The second floor is dedicated to the private area, consisting of a master bedroom and two master offices. Two-light space is given to the dining room - a spacious and well-lit area for hosting gatherings with friends. Additionally, five different slots of varying sizes were utilized to achieve a balanced and harmonious layout in the living room. The end result is a cozy and spacious room with multiple lighting options, providing a welcoming and space.

The kitchen is a model of practicality and impeccable cleanliness. Impression of lightness and simplicity, in fact, it’s hiding a professional content, which is able to satisfy the most demanding chef.

And, as a tradition, a guest bathroom was included in the design to honor and accommodate the needs of guests. Forget about storage spaces and lots of jars. The focus was on creating a space that exudes a sense of courage and a vibrant mood.

Cabinets were intentionally omitted in the design, as the purpose and gender of the owner. A harmonious workspace that promotes creativity, provides a sense of security, and features a friendly design. Such a workspace is known to enhance productivity and improves quality of life.
