LOCATION ODESA
YEAR 2017
AREA 295
The interior of the country house is designed for a couple who deeply cherish their connection with each other. Despite being city dwellers and owning a spacious penthouse with a sea view, they lead a dynamic lifestyle filled with work commitments and frequent social engagements. She is a model and socialite, while he is a renowned businessman. However, this house was intended to serve as a a place of reset, a retreat, where they could escape from the media and outside attention.

PLANNING DECISION

The living room area is seamlessly integrated with the kitchen, - it is not a place for culinary feats, but a stage for virtuoso table setting with elegantly arranged restaurant dishes or a place for conversation over a glass of wine. One wall of the living room is almost entirely made of glass - behind it lies an evergreen forest, a true luxury in the steppe region of Odessa. Another wall offers a view of a cozy courtyard with a 100-year-old bonsai tree and a Japanese Furako fountain.

DETAILS

The main point of the interior design is a large stained glass window, creating a seamless flow between spaces. The wardrobe area is highlighted by a chandelier, which serves as the main decoration of the bedroom and can be glimpsed through the tinted glass of the headboard. This bedroom is not a place for a bright light - let it become a place of magic and sorcery.

DETAILS

The wardrobe may be small in size, as it is not the main focus of the house, but it is meticulously designed in terms of content and ambiance. We envision it as a home podium in a romantic seaside retreat. It provides ample space for clothing and includes showcases for lingerie and special gifts.

DETAILS

The bathroom is intentionally designed with a minimalist decor, focusing more on its luxurious functionality and content. We have deliberately kept the decoration simple to highlight cleanliness and a sense of connection with nature. Additionally, the large stained-glass window can be opened, allowing you to step onto an open terrace.

PLANNING DECISION

To allow the warm rays of the setting sun to illuminate the living room and provide ample light in the SPA treatment and meditation room, we have incorporated a planning patio with an all-weather fountain, ensuring privacy from onlookers. A workspace in the hall, overlooking the bonsai tree, in case the city catches up with its fuss.
